This sculptural ceramic side table is made from a custom clay body. Inspired by the granite and volcanic rocks that shape Hong Kong’s landscape, its curved forms echo erosion softened by time, while sharp edges recall raw fractures of stone.

Glazed stoneware

H. 43 cmØ 30cm

This sculptural ceramic side table is inspired by Hong Kong’s Art Deco architecture and the delicate aesthetics of traditional Chinese lanterns. Finished with a custom moss-green glaze, it evokes both Hong Kong’s mountainous landscape and the olive terraces of Liguria, the artist’s native region. The green also recalls the military shade that became part of Hong Kong’s post-war identity, creating a bridge between two places, Hong Kong and the artist's roots.
